About Host Solutions
Host Solutions is a project that originated through a joint effort in June 2004 through a simple reseller account under the hosting company, Cyber Pixies. On January 1, 2005, Cyber Pixies became Pixelled Solutions. Host Solutions rose August 25, 2006 from the split of Pixelled Solutions (PS still does exist, but no longer backed by Nile Flores, the founder the Pixelled Productions.)Host Solutions aims to give webhosting that is reliable and affordable with uptime over 99.8%. Naturally, this is a high expectation, but really, any type of downtime is not something anyone relishes, including us at Host Solutions. We hope you have a pleasurable hosting experience and help spread the word to others as we believe webhosting should not cost a fortune.

The network's core itself has (2) Cisco 6506 routers, providing Layer 3 routing. Both of these 6500 series routers are running HSRP, Cisco's Hot Standby Routing Protocol, which provides an already configured router, ready for traffic to be automatically sent over to the second router, should there be an issue with the main router.
Beyond the network core is the Distribution Level This level is equally redundant as the Core with every switch having a failover or alternative path. This setup means if one main core switch goes down, it will use the secondary switch, leaving traffic flowing, even in the event of equipment failure. This setup allows us to be completely redundant to the core level, giving your server the best route and reliability available.
