Host Solutions Terms of Service
Please read the TOS before you proceed in ordering a plan!Illegal use-
Host Solutions services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. Host Solutions will cooperate with authorities if such actions occur and will eventually result in the termination of the client's account or accounts involved in committing a crime. Such violations include: harassment, stalking, child pornography, adult pornography, uploading viruses, pirating software, forgery/fraud, and spam (unsolicited commerical email/ unsolicited bulk email).
Host Solutions will not tolerate chain letters originating from any client's account nor scripts to produce massive spam (unwanted, off topic material.)
Content-
Host Solutions does not allow warez, roms, mp3 or mpeg, or gameservers on any client's site. Any account found to be redistributing these materials will be terminated immediately. In the case that it is your own music or you are a record label or with the correct licensing, we will allow some files like mp3 on your site.
Host Solutions does not allowing the web blog tool Greymatter on our servers. Host Solutions does not permit the php fanlisting tool PHPfanbase or the guestbook SimpBook.There is no negotiation on this part of the policy. We do offer WordPress in Cpanel's Fantastico Deluxe as a blog tool alternative.
We do not allow scripts that are outdated, not maintained, or otherwise abandoned. If your site contains any unsafe scripts and/or databases, you will be emailed once to remove the scripts/databases, if they are not removed your site within 72 hours of being informed, the account will be in violation of our terms of service and could face termination. If terminated, you, the client will be informed as a final email notice.
If client is found to be stealing copyrighted material and reported to Host Solutions, the client will be emailed that they must remove the material in question within 72 hours or face immediate termination of their account.
Host Solutions does not offer support of outside script sources. If they do not work on the server, then they are outdated and possibly unsecure and could be hazardous to the server's welfare. If a client wishes their outside script to be fixed, a fee of $10/ hour is charged. Outside scripts are constituted as scripts offered outside of Cpanel/ Fantastico. Any script offered through Fantastico that are reported as outdated, will be brought to Cpanel's attention and if a fix is issued, Host Solutions will alert the client. Host Solutions is not responsible or obligated to update the current script with the fix. The Webmaster Resource page does include links to outside scripts and are not supported by Host Solutions.
Our Company Policies
Billing Policies-
Host Solutions bills a one time per year fee for our smaller packages as our packages are extremely low in price. Larger packages have convenient pay plans: Monthly, and Bi-annually (2 times a year).

Advanced payment is permitted to add on more years to package.
Renewal payment of package is due 1 day before package is to expire. If a client fails to pay on time for renewal, their account will be suspended and payment must be received within 5 days after the due date.
If you plan to discontinue your service, please inform Host Solutions 2 weeks in advance.
Any account is terminated due to a violation of our terms, Host Solutions reserves the right not to refund payments.
Any account that goes over bandwidth, will be suspended until the end of the month then reopened the first of the month. Host Solutions offers clients to be able to purchase extra bandwidth if needed ($3/GB)
Any package bought has a 15- day money back gaurantee, not including the $10 domain registration for the domain as Host Solutions is unable to recooperate the costs of the domain purchased. The fee of the domain registration is NOT free in the package but included in price to make it less hassle for the client. The client may request to take their domain elsewhere within 15 days of cancelling the transaction otherwise the domain can be placed on the selling block.
There are no discounts given for clients who already have a domain and want to host using the domain they desire. The packages include the option of having a domain registered with the package. However, if the client wishes to use the option of the domain registration and has a domain outside the webhosting, the domain must be used as an add- on domain. The primary domain is the domain registered through Host Solutions.
In the case that the client wishes to have add-on domains and the primary is one outside the .com, .net, .org, .us, .biz (example: .nu, .ca, .co.uk, .com.mx, .tv), then the client forfeits the right to use the included domain. As mentioned before, the domain is not free and is part of the price to make less hassle for Host Solution clients. Host Solutions actually makes little to nothing on any domain fee, and packages are so affordable that the primary domain must be the .com, .net, .org, .us, .biz.
For example, if a client wanted a .co.uk account and then inquired about an add-on domain thinking that they still had a domain to use, the client must decide if they want to use the domain option as their primary account and their .co.uk as their add-on. Otherwise, if the client wished to use the .co.uk as their primary, the client would have to pay the $10 for each add-on domain.
Service Policies-
Host Solutions reserves the right to amend any terms of service policy and agreements any time.
Host Solutions may choose to refuse service to anyone if so desired.
All clients agree that Host Solutions may share all client information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent consent or notification to the client.
